Detroit morning stereo indicate Mojo in the Early morning posted design of Fakih competing its 2007 "Stripper 101" contest. For the competition, strippers showed female listeners some moves and the "finest student" was the grand-prize winner. According to the station, only girls have been in attendance and the performers were being all totally clothed.
The images, which the station said have been circulating on their internet site for years, exhibit Fakih dancing totally clothed and with dollar expenses stuffed in her bra after successful the level of competition.
The stereo station says it was all in great exciting, but Mojo in the Morning wrote on its web site Monday that Miss USA officials contacted them "requesting far more photographs and information" related to Fakih's involvement in the competition. When the show's producers asked pageant officials if the photos would affect Fakih's title, they wouldn't response.
"Mojo in the Morning hours thoroughly supports Rimah Fakih as she represents Detroit and America in the Miss Universe competition," a Mojo staffer emailed Celebrity Circuit. "The radio indicate will not entertain requests to drag her name as a result of the mud."
In respect to a statement posted on TMZ.com, Fakih earned prizes as well as "jewelry, present cards, adult toys and a stripper pole for residence use" just after winning the competitors.
